What happens without maintenance
The web doesn't stand still. Software dependencies accumulate security holes, SSL certificates expire, forms silently stop delivering, and a site that was fast at launch slowly drifts out of date. Most small business websites don't fail dramatically — they decay quietly until the phone stops ringing and nobody knows why.
A care plan is inexpensive insurance against all of that: the technical upkeep handled, the backups running, and someone who already knows your site ready to make changes when your business needs them.
No lock-in, ever
Care plans are month to month. If you cancel, service continues to the end of the paid period, and we hand over a full export of your website plus everything needed to move hosting cleanly. We keep clients because the service is worth it — not because leaving is hard.
Prefer to manage things yourself? That's genuinely fine. We'll hand over the keys at launch with a walkthrough, and you can always add a care plan later if you change your mind.
Common questions
What does €45/month cover?
Hosting, SSL, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and small content changes (text, prices, images) within a fair-use allowance. Larger changes — new pages, new features — are quoted separately at a plan-holder rate. Your quote spells out the allowance exactly.
Can you take over a website someone else built?
Usually, yes. We'll review the site first to make sure we can support it properly, then handle the hosting migration ourselves. If the site is in poor shape we'll tell you honestly whether maintaining it or rebuilding it is the better spend.
How fast are content changes made?
Routine changes are typically live within one working day, often the same day. If something is urgent — a wrong price, a broken form — tell us and it goes to the top of the list.
What if I already have hosting?
That's fine — we can work with existing hosting, or move you to ours if it's costing you speed or reliability. We'll compare the two honestly, including prices, before anything changes.
